The unidentified burn out seems to be in developping busines' or more likely putting a lot of effort into something which hassn't yet returned satisfactory results.
If that's so, it becomes imperative to evaluate what oneself has the capabilities for, and be sure one has delegated things which must be done, but which are not ones own area of expertise. In the process of making that evaluation, one will come across many things which one loves to do, even though they have no functional value in producing business success; and which one will not hire someone to do. If it isn't worth hiring omeone else to do it, it may not be worth doing at alol. Giving up ones habits is hard work.Private Reply to steve chichester (new win) |
