Morning Matt :) I was pretty burned out about three weeks ago. couldn't think straight, a loss for ideas etc., I got a great amount of support right here and then personal e-mails from others as well in the form of PM etc., what exactly is it that burned you out?

I got burned out from marketing and running around getting clients etc., so I've given myself a little break, re-vamping everything and using the ideas to formulate a new plan. Life requires a balance Matt, do you take time for yourself? Do you make time to relax? Exersize? Go to a game?

Do you delegate things on the job to make life easier? Is it a case of organization or time management? Tell me what it is that burned you out in detail and we'll work it through. As for the fire within ... well, sometimes when burnt out all you need is a rest and some support from friends and associates. Let the fog roll in and rest a bit. You're burnt out for a reason, you've been doing too much and perhaps finding a way to structure what burnt you out in the first place would be helpfull. :)

Sincerely,
