No actually it doesn't limit me. It gives me that little boost I need when I really need it. To see people, on Ryze for example, who are from all different walks of life who are contributing to one another and helping out who have been at the starting point that I am now. Is really very nice.

I think, that people need some one to identify with. I have spoken to people who I perceived as having way more of a head start than I, and ended up helping them out ... bottom line is that we are all people, good, bad or indifferent. Sometimes life seems to stay like it was in high school. Remember all those clicks? So when I see people from all walks of life helping one another out, it's nice. Those are the hero's to me. The ones who value one another.

Years ago I spoke to a fella who thought shoveling horse manure was a job that lacked dignity. Hmmm! How odd I thought! It's hard work .. but it lacked dignity? He had obviously never been in a barn at the end of the day and seen the results of that type of hard work. When I was a kid I did just that! I worked on a stud farm in NY State shoveling horse manure :) The people who owned the farm? Still own it, out right and it's 383 acres of land and they are retired now. They'd give you the shirt off their back if you asked for it. I hope I changed his perspective that day, I was pretty miffed at him for his comment.

So I find that anyone who is willing to take time out to work with others or share their wealth of information to those starting out or who are willing to listen to someone who has things to offer as well, a hero. Remember the book Rich Dad Poor Dad? I'm reading it now. There's the perfect example. This guy took the time to teach two young boys how to make money work for them. Those are the types of hero's that I think are fabulous. I may not have answered the question here but these are my thoughts.

So, how does your choice manifest itself in your business? Does your lack of specificity limit its impact on your business?

My hero's are anyone who dares to try something new, who is able to ask for support, who allows themselves to be a little vulnerable with the world and share their experiences. I don't have a particular hero in mind, nor have I ever, but I can say that I admire those who do something other than the norm instead of sitting on the couch and complaining about it.

I respect that change takes time and new things can overwhelm someone, believe me as you have all seen I've been there and to be honest, I'm sure I'll have to cross that bridge many times. The good news is that places like this where I get positive feed back and support are really great. I was nervous initially asking because, well ... I didn't know what to expect. The great advise and feed back I got was one of the nicest things I think I've ever received. So thank you all for that >>

So in closing, my hero's are all of you, and Eric, and myself and everyone who is willing to open up their mind, heart and life to make things a little bit better, for themselves, and those around them :) ... ok, anybody need a tissue? LOL ... Thanx.

Who is your hero? How do they influence how you run your business and your life?
