So, which one would you like to discuss first?
Actually, I should be really clear about this:
If you want, we can discuss this on the board - it's not as good as "real" coaching, but you get an idea of the value coaching brings and what the process is kind of like. I wouldn't suggest discussing anything proprietary, of course.
Another option is that we can discuss this via PM. Fine by me, too, but the board doesn't get the benefit of the discussion.
Final option, especially if the other two seem to give you some value, but you find it time-consuming to do it this way, is to talk about coaching with someone. Coaching is a very personal relationship - I strongly recommend getting an introductory session to see how the fit is with your coach (I'm not for everyone and vice versa). Any coach, short of the Marshall Goldsmiths of the world will offer you a free intro session (about 30-45 minutes).
Really, it's your choice - your wallet and/or your needs may dictate what you do. But I did want to lay them out explicitly so you're aware of the options.
Bottom line: I'm here to help you in any way I can
So??? Time management or paperwork?
Coach Eric
