Sean Failla		Eric, You and I have already communicated prior to this so, hello again. I appreciate this forum and one of my goals for the coming year is to make better use of a resource such as RYZE and these networks. Back to the question: My biggest challenge is time management and the administrative processes. I have a considerable background in sales/marketing but it is the mondane paper work that haunts me. I should add that my wife is my partner and while she compliments me there, we also have a new born which is a priority.
